Support for transportation and paving capital projects is provided by in part by pass-through funding from Measure B, Measure BB and Vehicle Registration Fees (VRF), administered by the Alameda County Transportation Commission.

Urban Forestry, Parks Maintenance, and Creeks & Open Space Maintenance programs are funded in part by the Measure M Parks & Open Space Parcel Tax (2018).

As of October 2021, funds from Measure DD Utility Users Tax (2020) will offset fees for resident-requested tree planting.
