KALB Community Media

KALB Media Services manages 24/7 video and electronic programming to support the City of Albany’s communications and marketing efforts. This includes live and rebroadcast coverage of City meetings such as City Council, Planning & Zoning, and AUSD Board of Education, along with bulletin boards, City videos, event coverage, kiosk content, and acquired productions. KALB also oversees live streaming on the City’s website and social media platforms, manages A/V installations in City facilities, and coordinates media services for public events and outside agencies.

KALB produces government access programming, multimedia projects, and media strategies that advance the City’s communication goals. The station provides Albany residents with opportunities for civic engagement, creative expression, and public dialogue. By promoting inclusive storytelling and reflecting the City’s diverse voices, KALB helps strengthen connections between government and community.
